Setting
DATE: Turikasuul 296
A beautiful park and rurban (that's rural-urban) area not far from Helmut's home.
On Artacuse.
Atmosphere
A shiny bright day, with the sun glowing off the grass. The sky is blue and the flowers are blooming. Almost like a commercial, the nieghbors are out and friendly. Everyone is waving to each other.
Rurban is a mix of Rural and Urban. Unlike the suburbs which are a totally different unique kind of landscape: houses lined up together along streets with no urban features and little undeveloped space, Rurban areas have features of both dense urban areas and untamed rural areas. On Earth, Rurban areas are mostly along freeways where large buildings (like business parks) and dense populations are intermingled with open fields, rough terrain, or forest. On Artacuse (the planet where Rurban Sprawl takes place) the landscape is intentionally developed to maintain the beauty and atmosphere of a tropical wilderness while also providing the efficient use of space (through high rise buildings) and convenience of nearby services that urban areas traditionally provide, creating a luxurious rurban space that is the best of both worlds.
Rurban Sprawl is a play on the phrase "Urban Sprawl" which usually has a negative connotation implying that the dry and drab urban features are unending and inescapable, often going all the way to the horizon. Implying that this delightful rurban area on Artacuse spreads out for many miles in any direction has a much different connotation: that one has no fear of ever crossing out of the boundaries of this eden and is free to move about as near or far as one desires.

Background
Script
Helmut gets on his segway and rides through a beautiful park for a few frames. He uses his clawed hands to hold the segway handle bars. His large tentacles come out of his body as he waves to people he passes. There are trees in the background and flowering bushes between Helmut and the POV. The color scheme should be bright and sunny with clear air (so no or very little sun rays or lense flair). It should feel a bit like Super Mario World.
Several shots of Helmut riding around curvey paths and through grassy fields. He might actually drive on the grass at one point. The paths curve easily and have that wonderland quality of disneyland, teletubbies, or a dream sequence.
Someone near Helmut calls out: "Good morning Helmut!" He turns to wave at the passing neighbor who he recognizes.
"Hello! Isn't it a beautiful day Suisan?"
He has turned behind himself to look at her, his segway hits something, or slips, or does something. (Watch some segway crash videos on YouTube, they're funny)
Helmuts next line is cut off "The sky is so gor--"
She begins to interupt him "Helmut! Watch out!"
And he hurtles over the handle bars of his segway and face plants in a gooey mess. Everything revolves around Helmut flying over the handlebars in a satisfying and amusing way.

Depending on how the sequence looks. He might get up, relatively uninjured. Suisan might come over to see if he's ok. They need not speak.
